New 2024 Volkswagen Atlas Peak Edition Revealed
The Volkswagen Atlas has been a popular choice among families for its spacious interior, comfortable ride, and solid build quality. For 2024, Volkswagen is introducing a new trim level called the Volkswagen Atlas Peak Edition, which promises to be even more appealing to buyers who want a touch of luxury and off-road capability.
The VW Atlas Peak Edition boasts a rugged and sporty look that sets it apart from the rest of the VW Atlas lineup. It features 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, blacked-out exterior trim, and a unique front fascia with LED lighting. The roof rails are also black, which compliments the SUV’s overall aesthetic.
Powering the Atlas Peak Edition is a 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 276 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, which provides smooth and precise shifts. Volkswagen’s 4Motion all-wheel drive system comes standard, giving the Atlas Peak Edition impressive off-road capabilities. The SUV also has a towing capacity of up to 5,000 pounds.
