I had a great experience working with Jimmy and Barry! This was my first time purchasing a car so I had a lot of questions for everyone. Jimmy was super patient with me & my family throughout the process and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Due to my limited availability for this month, I was unable to pick up my car until a couple of weeks later. Jimmy remained in contact throughout this time and let me know the timeline of events. When it was time to pick up my car, he had it all ready for me with a huge pink bow! I’ve only ever heard negative reviews and comments regarding purchasing a new car/going to the dealership so I’m very happy and shocked that my experience was the complete opposite. I’m very grateful for Jimmy and Barry and look forward to working again with them at some point in the future!

The transaction went well. It’s not the sales rep’s fault but I have to drive 50 miles to reset the computer in the vehicle so I really think there should be some kind of compensation but overall no problems.

Great service and amazing people who work in the service department at Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers, MA. I took my car in to have my wheels repaired. I scraped one of my rims when parallel parking. Fortunately, I had purchased the wheel protection coverage when I bought the car at the same dealership so I was covered. The wheel protection coverage is worth getting, it pays for itself. Any damage to the rims or tires are fully covered. I highly recommend the service department at Kelly and the wheel protection packaged as well. This is my first car with Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers and my first real experience with the Volkswagen brand. No one in my family ever owned a Volkswagen. We come from a family of the the Japanese makes and models of cars. So I am impressed with Volkswagen but very impressed with Kelly Volkswagen as it was a big decision for me to change and try a Volkswagen car. Thank you again Kelly Volkswagen. Rafael
