I couldn't be happier with our experience getting our new VW Atlas! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Alex was fantastic across the entire process—patient, super helpful with all our questions, zero pushiness during the test drive or afterwards. A warm thank you to Stephen and Jake as well for their great service and making the final steps nice and easy. We were out the door with our Atlas in around 3 hours! Truly impressed with the team here.

Josh Cone was a pleasure to work with on this purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was able to convey that information very clearly and directly both during the sales transaction and upon delivery of the vehicle. There was no pressure in his sales approach, which I appreciate. I am really enjoying the vehicle (2026 Atlas SEL).
Good price but much confusion on the closing, added dealer options not requested like gap and tire insurance, and addition mistakes ($1000) that were cleaned up in final version of docusign. I didn't feel they were straight forward honest, manipulative of my granddaughter buying her first car in Boston, but she got to take her car home the same day.

Not to sound cliche but they made it easy! After visiting other dealerships and saving Kelly VW for last, the whole team made me feel appreciated and worked for my business. My salesman Jorge, was phenomenal dealing with this overly particular customer(me). Anthony the sales manger gave me a great trade in value and price on my new vehicle, beating the competition by thousands. We visited several dealerships. We felt the most home at Kelly VW. From our initial contact with Julie, to our phone call with Steve ( who went out in the back lot during the rain to make sure the one I wanted had a sunroof,) to meeting and eventually dealing with Peter the process was very professional and comforting. We also had some concern with the brakes condition while test driving and my quick inspection of the rotors of the used car we bought and they changed them free of charge as well after verifying the concern. Recently we had to bring in the car for a safety recall. Mr. Wilson Tom was an excellent and incredibly professional service rep. He kept me informed of everything that was going to happen while I waited, and his estimate of the time required to fix the issue was accurate. The dealership also offered a comfortable little office where customers can sit and work quietly as they wait; this was enormously helpful.
Alex was phenomenal in helping my mom and I find my next car. He was patient, detail oriented, and friendly throughout the entire process. I bought my new car and traded in my old car and drove off with it within 24 hours, and the entire process was extremely efficient.
